Rumours were spread throughout the entertainment field that the talented musician Manoj Peiris had remained unmarried because of a heart break of a lost love towards the famous singer Sanjeewani Weerasinghe.
It is said that his mother Regina Peiris too consented to this affair.
However, Manoj had commented to the media on the matter as that although his mother thought like that, he always considered Sanjeewani as a sister.
Manoj, a frequent player in the field of love, is told to have had some affairs with veterans like Latha Walpola and Daya Wayaman.
